Abstract: In this work, several methods are experimentally investigated with the aim of enhancing the thermal characters of solar pond. Which included putting porous medium to the bottom of the solar pond, combining a solar collector and building evaporation basin respectively .Two mini cylindrical solar ponds are built and the thermal performance of the solar pond is investigated by comparing the temperature distribution of the two solar ponds. The experimental results show that the utilization of the porous medium in the bottom layer might enhance the heat storage ability of the lower convective zone (LCZ); The introduction of the solar collector might advance the temperature of the LCZ greatly, which lessens the heat loss of the whole system. These methods play important roles in enhancing the thermal characters of the solar pond, which brings forward a new way for the improving of solar pond.

Abstract: The daily collected heat energy of solar collector in solar water heating system is calculated by the modeling of solar collector and stratified tank, and the result is verified by experiments. Through analysis of the calculation results, the simplified formula for calculating the daily collected heat energy is given. Using this simplified formula, the daily collected heat energy under different flow rates is calculated. The result shows that the daily collected heat energy of solar collector running in solar water heating system tends to stable when the flow rate above 0.005kg/(m2.s).

Abstract: In the paper, according to crushing and attrition of material on mixer blade, the mechanical model of material on blade is established. According to nonlinear vibration and the basic theory of rotor dynamics, Mechanical model of vibration system and differential equations of motion are established. This paper has adopted the arithmetic of fourth-order Runge-Kutta, analyzing wave forms graph, chart of axis track, phase plane plot of system movement. Analysis results show that mixer system appears chaotic motion under some certain design parameters. This state of motion on mixers can better destroy cement coagulation group, increasing the number of effective collision of concrete particle, which can effectively improve the microscopic homogeneity of concrete and improve efficiency of concrete mixing.

Abstract: The recoil of airborne machine gun affects the safety of aircrafts. In order to improve the test precision of the aerogun recoil and evaluate the performance and airborne security air guns more reliable, a certain type of recoil test bench of airborne launcher was selected as the research object, and use the analytical software—ANSYS to build the finite element model which is under impact load of the recoil test scaffolding. It is concluded that increasing the stiffness of the recoil test bench is conductive to improve the measurement precision of recoil by analyzing the influence of different stiffness of the test bench on the recoil response. In this paper, an improved design method was proposed to raise the stiffness of test as the natural frequency of existing test bench is low. The modal analysis show that the first natural frequency of modified test bench increases from 10.89 HZ to 100.57 HZ, beneficial to improving the test accuracy of recoil.

Abstract: Combustion of energetic materials is an attractive means of obtaining a large quantity of energy from a small volume. And these materials can be integrated into functional micro-systems in a manner compatible with micro-system technologies, then micro-pyrotechnics could help to make considerable progress in the field of micro-actuation . In this paper,a micro-pyrotechnical actuator was designed and fabricated. Detailed design and fabrication process of each part of actuator were presented, and the integration is described. Its operation was validated by experimentation. The firing performance is excellent for low-energy ignition requirement.

Abstract: This paper indicates a kind of research on the optimization of clamping scheme for the joint thin-walled parts in milling process .The three-dimensional model of four-flute end mill and the part are made by UG. The effect of different clamping scheme on the deformation of joint structure is simulated by the finite element analysis software ABAQUS. With the purpose of getting the minimum of the average deformation, MATLAB genetic algorithm optimizes the clamping scheme and acquires the best clamping scheme. The simulation and optimization provide an effective method for controlling the deformation due to different clamping scheme of aeronautic joint-shaped workpiece.

Abstract: In order to raising the accuracy class, reduction procedure, give up interpolate calculation, it is presented a physical law control method to substitute position control way. Assuming working in ideal condition, a physical motion model of CNC machine tool is built. The relation between geometric parameters, motion parameters and planning parameters is studied with kinematics principle and geometric principle. The motion differential equations are worked out, calculating the equations with trajectory function and planning parameters, the transient motion parameters of coordinate axes can be gotten. In other words, the physical law can be found out. The numbers of trajectory point are infinity, the regularity, however, is one only. Therefore, the control method by physical law is a short-cut and all-sided method. It is proved by experiment and simulation that it is more simple and more comprehensive way.

Abstract: In present society, port container transportation is a basic need for the costal country. The quayside container crane plays a vital role in port transportation field. Taking 80t quayside container crane as the subject, the three-dimensional model of crane steel structure with plates was established;the element analysis by means of Workbench and multi-measuring points stress test of quayside container crane steel structure was carried out. The simulationresults werecompared with test results to prove the correctness of the model. On the basis, the strength, rigidity and fatigue property of the crane was analyzed. Finally, some design and manufacture suggestions about craneswere given.

Abstract: In order to solve a problem that the running of ramming chain is unstable and master each order natural frequency and deformation characteristics of the chain, the method of theoretical calculation and finite element analysis with software ANSYS is used on the natural frequency of the calculation and analysis. By comparing the data obtained from two methods to verify the correctness of the finite element model, the model is used to analyze natural frequencies and corresponding vibration mode of the ramming chain. The results show that under the low order natural frequency, the main deformation of the ramming chain is the lateral bending, longitudinal bending and torsion deformation, so the results provide the basis to master the deformation of the chain.

Abstract: According to the base function and harmonic wave voltage separate effect of different mathematical model is set up the extension of the hybrid filter respectively. In the MATLAB environment, the paper analyzes the active filter effectively restrain system to the power grid impedance of the series-parallel resonant characteristics of passive power filter device and tolerance sensitivity of quality factors. Conclusion: capacitor tolerance have bigger influence on the quality factor. And through the programming into hybrid filter above build simulation module, the simulation is to get ideal effect of reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression.
