Abstract: Purpose:To study the influence of Dachuanxiong gelata on the nitric oxide, nitric oxide synthase and calcitonin gene-related peptide in plasma of rat that has a headache. Methods: Make the migraine rat models through the subcutaneous injection of nitroglycerin and divide the experiment into blank control group, migraine model group, experimental drug group and positive drug group. The Dachuanxiong gelata should be given through intragastric administration at 20 times (high), 10 times (middle) and 5 times (low) of 60 kg adult clinical dosage (30 g crude drug/60kg), respectively 11.67, 5.83 and 2.92g crude drug/ kg#d; the distilled water with the same volume should be given to the rats in the model group and normal group through intragastric administration and that of 2mg should be given to rats in the ergotamine and caffeine group through intragastric administration. The kit should be used to detect the contents of NO, NOS and CGRP in the rat plasma. Results:The content of NO in plasma of model group rises and it has significant difference (P<0.01) when compared with the normal saline group; the content of NO in plasma of gelata group and positive drug group reduces and it has significant difference (P<0.01) when compared with the model group four hours later. When comparing the normal group and nitroglycerin migraine model group, the receptor expressions of NOS and CGRP of the trigeminal nerve nuclei of the rats in migraine model increase obviously from the angle of the total area of positive cells; the high dose group of Dachuanxing prescription can obviously reduce the NOS and CGRP expressions of trigeminal nerve nuclei, the middle dose group can obviously reduce the NOS and CGRP expressions and the low dose group has no obvious effect on the receptor expressions of substances and shows good dose dependence. Compared with normal saline group, it has no difference. Conclusions:Dachuanxiong gelata can reduce the content of NO in rat plasma and the expressions of NOS and CGRP so as to cure migraine. Dachuanxing prescription, originated from An Elucidation of Formulas of Liu Wansu in Jin Dynasty, is composed of ligusticum chuanxiong and gastrodia elata; it can active blood and disperse stagnation, suppress hyperactive liver for calming endogenous wind and activate meridians to stop pain; it is mainly used to cure migraine clinically and is a classical Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation. [1]In this study, the optimum extraction process of nasal mucosa gelata for curing headache is selected and further in-depth study is done on the physicochemical properties and pharmacological effects of prescription drug. The gelata has good curative effect on headache with small side effect and few allergies after clinical trials for many years. The ligusticum Chuanxiong is the rhizome of umbelliferae ligusticum Chuanxiong that can promote qi to activate blood and dispel wind and relieve pain; its index and active ingredient is mainly ferulic acid. The gastrodia elata is the dry tuber of gastrodia elata BL with the major active ingredients of gastrodin, p-Hydroxybenzylalcohol, parahydroxybenzaldehyde, vanillyl alcohol and other phenolic compounds. The traditional Chinese medicine believes that the gastrodia elata, which is sweet, mild-natured and that can enter into liver meridian, can calm the frightened and tranquilize, and it can be used to cure light-headedness, headache, numbness of the limbs, insomnia, infantile convulsion and grand mal. Dachuanxiong gelata used in this experiment is made by the research group.

Abstract: Purpose: Preparation of gel-formed Dachuanxiong prescription. Method: In this experiment, liquid chromatograph is used to measure the content of gastrodin in gastrodia elata and orthogonal design method is adopted to optimize the technological conditions for extracting gastrodin. Comprehensive evaluation is conducted based on examination factors including dry powder, glycerol, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and borneol as well as indexes including viscosity, appearance and spreadability, through which prescription can be screened and optimized, and gel-formed Dachuanxiong prescription can thus be prepared. Result: Content of gastrodin in gastrodia elata as raw material is 0.53%, and excipient should be gel made from 1 g of ethanol, 1.5 g of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 10 g of glycerol, 0.01 g of borneol and 100 g of water. Conclusion: This technology for preparation of gel is stable and simple, which can increase the content of ferulic acid obviously. Preparation of pure traditional Chinese medicine is delivered through nasal mucosa to relieve headache and mainly used to treat headache.[1]Chuanxiong Prescription was established by Liu Wansu, a well-known doctor living in the Jin and Yuan Dynasty. In this prescription, ligusticum wallichii can invigorate the circulation of blood and promote the circulation of qi, and gastrodia elata can relieve dizziness and pain. Combination of them can realize a good effect for the treatment of migraine caused by blood stasis and fire. This prescription is simple and effective. Based on physical and chemical properties of various medical materials, active ingredients in them can be extracted with the method of alcohol extraction. [2-4]According to result of document retrieval and patent search, volume fraction, number of times of extraction and time of extraction should be used as conditions of examination. [1]However, it can be verified through in-depth research on physical and chemical properties and pharmacological actions of medical materials in the prescription as well as repetitive tests that number of times of extraction have an obvious influence on extraction rate. Based on the above content, factors of examination in the experiment are determined and examination through orthogonal experiment is thus carried out, through which technological conditions that can realize a high rate of extraction of gastrodin (index component) is screened out. This experiment selects the optimal technology for extracting gel which can relieve headache and be delivered through nasal mucosa, in which orthogonal test method is applied, and content of gastrodin is viewed as an index. Ethanol should be used in the optimal extraction technology. The optimal technology is stable and practicable, which can obviously increase the content of ferulic acid.

Abstract: In the process of high pressure dissolving by Bayer process, High Pressure Digestion Slurry with temperature is the main factor which influencing the percentage of dissolved Al203. Research on temperature model of digesting rarely published; parameter setting and control difficult to achieve desirable effect. In the matlab platform, system identification method, according the output error model to identify model, finally determine the model of alumina High-pressure dissolving temperature model. The recognition results showed that: Step response curve of the second-order model is fitted basically with the online temperature trace which collected by alumina High-pressure digestion in ZHONG ZHOU BRANCH CHALCO, degree of fitting is 86.27%; Algebraic stability criterion verifies that: the root of the system equations are negative, it’s stable. The identification model is reasonable and effectual, provide models for parameter setting and control; improve the control accuracy and percentage of dissolved Al203, reduce energy consumption.

Abstract: The dust emissions from the concrete mixing station has seriously affected the lives of the residents and the workers' health, and it is difficult to achieve national environmental standards. Dedusting and its high environmental cost are currently facing important problem for the concrete mixing station. A spray and whirlwind composite dedusting technology and equipment are put forward by this paper, and applied to the actual concrete mixing station. After application, it can be seen that the spray and whirlwind composite dedusting technology play the effect of dust and match the environmental requirements.

Abstract: This paper studies the grinding characteristics of magnetic compound fluid by conducting large amounts of experiments. Magnetic compound fluid (MCF) is formed by mixing abrasive grains, α-cellulose, iron powder and Magnetic-Fluid together according to a certain proportion. The experiments are conducted to test the effect of process parameters (such as different period of time, various speed of main axle and fluctuating magnetic field) on grinding results using Solar wafers. The results showed that the grinding surface of solar wafers is within Ra0.1 after 3 minutes and the microscopic appearance of the surface is flat and free of burns phenomenon.

Abstract: In order to protect porous silicon from break and enhance it’s porosity and specific surface area, porous silicon is prepared with electrochemical etching method. The charateristic of porous silicon is investigated with SEM and high-speed adsorption surface area and porosity analyzer. The results show that the porous silicon prepared with the method of gradient etching and control of etching time is mechanically stable. The porosity and specfic surface area are improved.

Abstract: The surface composite layer Ni/ZrO2 on the ZG45 cast steel surface was fabricated through vacuum infiltration casting method. This paper researched on the Ni/ZrO2 composite infiltrated layer morphology, hardness and the friction property under fry friction. The results show that the main phase structure of the layer is ZrO2, Cr2B, NiB and FeNi. The macrohardness of the layer is HRC60~64. The micohardness presents gradient change. The maximum hardness appears at subsuface. The 10% ZrO2 composite infiltrated layer wear resistance increases 10 times and 15% ZrO2 composite infiltrated layer increases 22.6 times than ZG45 under the 100N load. The 10% ZrO2 composite infiltrated layer wear resistance increases 8.5 times and 15% ZrO2 composite infiltrated layer increases 21.9 times under 250N load. The wear resistance has greatly improved.

Abstract: Micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) have recently seen their field of application extended to military. This is mainly due to the fact that MEMS technologies present a great to reduce the mass, cost, power consumption, while improving the reliability, performance and smartness. Application of MEMS technology, the micropyrotechnic igniter are produced.The principle is based on the integration of the potassium salt of 7-hydroxy-4,6-dinitro-5,7-dihydrobenzofuroxanide (KDNBF) material within a micropyrotechnic igniter, which is produced by MEMS with 3 by 3 micro-igniter. Each igniter contains three parts (the igniter chip, silicon chamber, KDNBF). One import point is the optimization of the igniter process obtaining Ni-Cr bridges with about 13Ω and Al bridges with about 350Ω, which are triggered by electrical power delivered to KDNBF. The resistance of Ni-Cr and Al bridges is used to sense the temperature on the KDNBF which are in contact. The other one point is firing testing of micropyrotechnic igniter. The ignition performance of micropyrotechnic igniter array are tested that including Ni-Cr bridges of the 50% sensitivity on voltage, current ignition is 10.83V,0.26A; including Al bridges of the 50% sensitivity on current ignition is 0.176A; the ignition of voltage is unstable. The experimental results will deeply contribute to the micropyrotechnic system. This paper will discuss all these point.
