Compressive Behavior of Steel Plate-Concrete Structures Using Cementless Concrete

Article Preview

Abstract:

The domestic research of the steel plate concrete structures have been focused on the nuclear power plant structures that usually require high strength. This research tried to establish some basic design information of SC structures using cementless concrete. This paper studied on the compressive characteristics and effective length factors subjected to the concentrated compression loadings. The experimental results in average was 98% of the value calculated from the equation in KEPIC-SNG, and the experimental results was 92% of the value calculated from the equation in JEAG-4618.
