Abstract: Eddy current thermography is an emerging non-destructive method for detection and characterization of surface cracks in conductive specimen over a relatively large area. In this paper, the weld crack testing method based on eddy current thermography was proved to be feasible through studying the influence of inductor orientation, excitation frequency and crack length, depth, width on the surface temperature distribution using finite element analysis software COMSOL Multiphysics4.3b. The findings show that the quantitative evaluation is more viable according to the optimized parameters. This method has a certain reference value for quantitative analysis and designing inspection system with eddy current stimulated approach.

Abstract: It is imminent to establish an early-warning SOFC monitoring system for anchor damage, the gravest threat to the SOFC communication, while the key to build the monitoring system is to correctly grasp anchor the response law of embedded submarine cable caused by anchor impact; ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to perform the finite element analysis of SOFC and make the length-shape variables differences between signal fiber and reference fiber caused by anchor impact clearly, besides, combining with the sensing model of distributed optical fiber vibration sensing system, the current wave is acquired, based on what the monitoring system warn the anchoring incidents near the submarine route, which is significant to guide the design of forecasting monitoring system of SOFC.

Abstract: To meet the increasing demands on the control performance of parallel manipulator, servo control strategy for parallel manipulator was researched systematically. Combined 2-DOF control with Internal Model Control, the servo controller for parallel manipulator was optimized as smoothly and efficiently as possible. On the basis of the original current loop and speed loop, the position loop was redesigned to have both good position tracking characteristics and anti-disturbance capacity. The synchronous control strategy combined position signal and force signal was proposed. The actual experiments show that 2-DOF synchronous control has better stability and position tracking performance compared with the traditional PID control. The control performance of parallel manipulator is improved effectively.

Abstract: It is well-known that stability of zero dynamics is often inevitable to the controller design. And most real world plants often involve a time delay. This paper investigates the zero dynamics, as the sampling period tends to zero, of a sampled-data model composed of a zero-order hold (ZOH), a continuous-time plant with a time delay and a sampler in cascade. We first present how an approximate sampled-data model can be obtained for the nonlinear system with relative degree two, and the local truncation error between the output of obtained model and the true system output is of order , where T is the sampling period and r is the relative degree. Furthermore, we also propose the additional zero dynamics in the sampling process, which are called the sampling zero dynamics, and the condition for assuring the stability of sampling zero dynamics for the desired model is derived. The results presented here generalize a well-known notion of sampling zero dynamics from the linear case to nonlinear systems.

Abstract: In the ultra precision measuring and machining, precision measuring instruments and precision accuracy are not only related to the precision of the instrument itself, the vibration from the surrounding environment, and many other factors also determine the accuracy of the measurement and processing. In order to solve the micro-amplitude vibration and shock proof problem of high precision equipment, the article adopted the active vibration isolation technology to build the vibration isolation experiment system based on the pneumatic artificial muscle as the action, according to the characteristics of the vibration isolation system and performance requirements, The experiment was completed by using PID control algorithm. By comparing with passive control, the results show that the vibration isolation system has good broadband vibration isolation effect, in the low frequency, effect is remarkable. This study laid a foundation for further control of pneumatic muscle in isolation system.

Abstract: Considering the production status of red mud at present, an adaptive fuzzy control system, according to fuzzy control and genetic algorithm, has been focused on. With the control of flocculants, the system fuzzy control clarity of clear solution. Adaptive neural network fuzzy inference theory is adopted to establish the mathematical model of controlled object "black box", and MATLAB for simulation, showing that the control method has good accuracy and dynamic control quality. Satisfy the requirements of practice work.

Abstract: The control system of ventilation to engine room which based on Profibus-DP field bus and Siemens S7-300PLC is introduced in this paper. This paper also describes how to construct the control system by applying the Profibus-DP and S7-300 and the development of the supervision and control system using Wincc. The hardware and software design and system program are also presented in this paper. It has some application value.

Abstract: For the engine maintenance enterprises, the test of aeroengine test can detect the performance of the product more accurately, but the engine testing work is a weak link. Conventional piston aircraft engine test system is the simulation instrument, according to the observed by human eyes, manual way to complete data collection work, this test system is inefficient. The engine bench test automatic measurement and control and monitoring system based on computer control is the inevitable trend of its development. Data acquisition module transmits the real-time data from the engine sensor installed on the different parts to the PC through CAN bus and display on the PC. The engine test bed control system and data acquisition system simplifies the system structure and obviously improves the test level and efficiency of the system.

Abstract: As a common application example of Internet of Things, the development of intelligent home automation networks is attracting more and more interests in research and industry community. It is experiencing advancement from unifying protocol standard among manufacturers to data fusion between home automation devices, although the implementation of data fusion in such a network is still a challenging task for a big difference between devices from difference vendors. This paper presents one solution for ensuring the accurate representation the semantic data of home automation devices. The ontology of 5 typical home automation devices’ was built with protégé. Based on the open source SWIP framework, the semantic gateway was constructed on Android pad. The procedure of exposing semantics for the collected data in SQLite is illustrated. Finally, this semantic gateway can allow user to access home devices’ semantic data in real time from a local RDF Browser or a remote web browser.

Abstract: This paper focused on the analysis of the invaders brought into the hydraulic system in the design, manufacture, installation, working and maintenance of the process and the fault caused by the invaders to the hydraulic system of coal machine . The method of reducing the invader in oil of hydraulic system and tincreasing the reliability of hydraulic system was indicated.
