Evaluation to Enterprises’ Comprehensive Strength of Patent Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

Abstract:

The enterprise’s comprehensive strength of patent is a key factor to measure its core competitiveness. It is of strategic significance for an enterprise to analyze and evaluate objectively its comprehensive strength of patent. On the basis of an amount of domestic and foreign literature survey, case study and expert consultation, according to the 4 aspects of creation, application, protection and management of patent, the essay constitutes preliminarily an overall evaluation index system of the enterprise’s patent comprehensive strength which is composed of a set of 16 indexes, and analyzes the evaluation model and method of enterprise’s patent comprehensive strength with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and through a real case. The essay thinks the evaluation in essence is multi-object, multi-factor, multi-layer, fuzzy and comprehensive, and emphasizes it is the most important to determine evaluation index system and to select evaluation method reasonably in order to evaluate the enterprise’s patent comprehensive strength systematically, comprehensively, scientifically and effectively, to enhance the enterprise’s core competitiveness, and to realize its sustainable development.
