Abstract: considering the development of concrete silo structure in recent years and engineering characteristics of large reinforced concrete silo, construction processes and structures of concrete silos are classified and general construction technical system is formed through innovation of construction technique and process. The general construction technical system focuses on adjustable drawbar climbing formwork system, inside drawbar-free climbing formwork system and whole lifting and towing integrated climbing formwork system, is featured with integrated construction and has multiple technical units, which could be combined flexibly to adapt to certain requirements of different projects. This method not only has flexible process, but also possesses uniform construction technique and process.

Abstract: Technology methods of cast-in-place pile post grouting has the advantages of easy operation, good reliability, low cost and bearing capacity growth. In order to study and demonstrate the method on bearing capacity level of cast-in-place pile, a series of tests including of vertical static loading test and horizontal static loading test were used in the job. Some testing results were obtained from the tests.

Abstract: Virtual reality technology applications can be at any time and at any stage of the design "into" building, to observe and experience their own design work by roaming, immersive experience of space, scale, materials, textures, etc., in real time to modify and improve the design elements, implementation and optimization of this paper focuses on the modern architecture of virtual reality modeling technology research, in order to optimize the geometry modeling techniques, texture optimization modeling techniques, integrated use of optimization modeling technology to achieve modern architectural applications and tried to reveal the specific relationship building structure and interior space.

Abstract: With the rapid development of Chinese economy, Chinese urbanization rate increased from 30% in 1996 to the initial stage of 53.7% in 2013. The urbanization rate in Anhui in 2013 was 47.86%, which reflects that the level of socio-economic development of Anhui still need to constantly enhance and accelerate the process of urbanization. Green building industry as the strongest driving force of new urbanization, how to promote the development of green city has become a top priority of all work for housing construction. In this paper, through study on environmental analysis for green building industry in Anhui, regression analyse the market demand for green building industry. Finally, put forward some strategies for the development of green building industry in the process of new urbanization in Anhui.

Abstract: BIM technology is the hot issues on construction engineering project development and application in and abroad currently. BIM technology had been widely developed in foreign countries after the Americans brought up the BIM concept in the 1970s. They had got good results in the actual application as well as many valuable achievements and experience. We focused on the present situation and application of BIM technology from the international view, and then we summarized the trend of the studies on the application of BIM technology in foreign countries. We have tried to provide a new revelation on construction projects of BIM technology in our country by the comprehensive cognition. They got the thought of experiences and the application train.

Abstract: Wooden buildings have the advantages in accordance with the construction of sustainable development. The humid and rainy local climate and diversified geographic condition in Bayu give birth to its unique farming civilization of wooden architecture. This paper is trying to research how does Bayu traditional wooden building to meet the demands from people’s modern lifestyle, to provide a reference of designing modern sustainable architecture and a idea of design proposal. To achieve the aim, first this research will analyze few natural attributes of Bayu wooden building for moisture-proof, insect prevention and fire protection. Second to estimate how to enhance the sustainability of wooden building though reduce pollution, improve material quality, in order to get the optimization design of lap and nodes, decrease the energy cost and upgrade structure potential; Finally to explore the possibility of mix-using both wood and regional materials to improve the ecological environment.

Abstract: With the recent increase in the construction of Super-high-rise structures and large complex buildings, the risk of fires has been on the rise. As the size of the structure becomes larger, the occupants’ evacuation time becomes longer, and the required firefighting structures become more complex, resulting in an increase in casualties and property damages. In South Korea, vertical-evacuation facilities and criteria have been proposed, but there are very limited horizontal-evaluation criteria.In this regard, this study sought to investigate the horizontal-evacuation facilities and criteria in South Korea to deduce the related problems, and to conduct a comparative review with the overseas horizontal-evacuation-related criteria.The results of this study can be utilized as basic data for the establishment and revision of horizontal-evacuation criteria in South Korea in the near future.

Abstract: Spatial layout optimization is a core of existing barracks renewal. Distinguishing from new built barracks, existing barrack spatial layout optimization needs to pay more attention to solve the contradiction between current and future. So in this chapter, we develop six primary design keys applied to existing barracks including harmony relations between barrack and its surrounding environment, emphasis on weakness construction, optimize allocation, improve security defense capabilities, enhance artistry of spatial layout and realize the whole structure optimization. Reference to ancient classical fortification thoughts and current construction conditions, we also explore 5 tactics to optimize existing barracks spatial layout , namely, function integration method, node co-ordinate method, axis control method, three-dimensional space construction method, as well as idle land reuse method. Finally, we choose one tipical case to integrated apply the above keys and tactics from theoretical and practical fields promoting the sustainable development of existing barrack .
