Hardware Modification for Watt-Hour-Meter Field Calibrator to Reject Interference of Temperature

Article Preview

Abstract:

Affected by high or low environment temperature, the measurement accuracy of watt-hour-meter field calibrator may decrease significantly. For the purpose of rejecting temperature interference, a hardware modification scheme for the calibrator prototype, adopting the electronic components with better temperature coefficient, is proposed. The testing results show that the improved prototype can meet the 0.05S measuring precision from-30°C to 55°C.
