Abstract: To solve the model consistency problem between the power systems which use model combination, and to meet the needs of different models proposed for the grid, in this paper is based on the research of whole grid model information and application requirements, and proposed the method of the model maintenance based on logical unify. And this paper describes the "two deployment, unified management, partition maintenance, on-demand services" architecture design, and detailed model business processes and key technical details. Finally, through prototype software verification of the research, we prove that these model maintenance and management technologies can achieve the whole grid model to efficiently store and manage, and can adapt to various model requirements.

Abstract: Based on the research on the basis of analyzing the mechanism of polynomial fitting model, The polynomial fitting model or method was established based on intelligent optimization algorithm. The proposed method was applied to electric power system load forecasting, by a practical example’s calculation and analysis, this proposed intelligent optimization algorithm or method was verified to be feasible in the power system load forecasting, the results also showed that the method was compared with the traditional algorithm has superiority and has a broad application prospect in the field of polynomial fitting.

Abstract: High electricity cost generated from the residents dispersion and the market failure resulted from the natural monopoly of the electricity supply industry make the traditional pricing theory which is based on the cost, market and competition suffer challenge in the decision of residential electricity price (REP). The paper analyzes the main factors influencing residential electricity price policy (REPP) to assist the relevant government decisions from perspectives of the residential affordability, the average electricity sales price, alternative energy and other policies. Furthermore, the conduction path of the factors influencing and deciding REPP is analyzed and a cause-effect diagram is produced with system dynamics software.

Abstract: This paper reviews the existing Chinese rural residential electricity price policies, including their features and forming foundations, then analyses the main factors affecting the current Chinese rural residential electricity price by considering electricity generation, transmission and demands, respectively. With the gray relational analysis and the statistical data, the key factors currently affecting Chinese rural residential electricity price can be given as: the average of air conditioners per household, the average lending rates, rural residential per capita net incomes, natural gas price, price of coals for power generation, per capita electricity consumptions in daily life, total electricity consumption, total electricity production, electricity infrastructure investment and cross-subsidies in the electricity sector. Furthermore, the conduction path of the key factors influencing and deciding the electricity price is analyzed and a cause-effect diagram is produced with system dynamics software.

Abstract: Based on the current system dynamics theory and related research experience, we construct the residential electricity price (REP) dynamic simulation model including the subsystems such as residential affordable price, feed-in tariff and distribution price. Then, taking Beijing for an example, we make the simulation of the REP policy and summarize some valuable results.

Abstract: With the growing renewable resources such as wind and light accessing to grid,the existing regulation and control means face threats and challenges as a result of the change of grid architecture. The distributed energy coordination scheduling system is proposed to use the various resources of intelligent distribution network platform synergistically and complementary. This paper introduces the construction idea,main module and function implement of this system. According to the benefit analysis, this system is proved to improve the reliability and economy of grid operation under the widespread accessing to distributed resources.

Abstract: With a significant crisis of energy and environment, low-carbon and clean power resources have gotten strong support from the government. As wind power, solar power and other new energies develop rapidly, the social and economic benefits become increasingly apparent. A new power purchase optimization model is applied in this paper that takes external cost of power generation into account, translates the external cost into economic cost and then analyzes the optimal power purchase policy. In the end, based on the power purchase data of a provincial grid in 2013, this paper studies the optimal power purchase order to prove the feasibility of the optimization model.

Abstract: Wind power and solar energy have been developed rapidly during recent years. However, costs of power transmission services have been rising due to their respective instability of working, which has become a barrier restricting their developments. Wind and Solar Hybrid Generation System, a result of the combination of wind and solar energy, which is a good match in terms of resources, is an effective means to improve the reliability of power generation. In this paper, the topic of influences on price of power network transmission service caused by the combination of wind and solar energy has been discussed. Based on power changes caused by the combination of wind and solar energy, comparing different prices of power transmission service before and after this combination, pointing out that it is more economical when the wind and solar energy are combined, which has been verified through the 5 nodes system.

Abstract: At present, direct power-purchase for large consumers is difficult to carry out effectively when demand exceeds supply. Interest demand of direct power-purchase for large consumers under different conditions of supply and demand is analyzed in this paper. Therefore, design principle of transaction mechanism for direct transaction adapting to different supply and demand situation is also applied. The purpose is striving to carry out the direct transaction effectively when market demand exceeds supply situation, adjusting the supply and demand and solving the "soft lack of electricity" phenomenon due to fluctuation of coal price. In the end, some suggestions are put forward to the current transaction rules.

Abstract: With the environmental situation becoming more and more serious, the dust removal technology in thermal power plant needs to be continually improved. Developed in recent years, the low cryogenic ESP technology can not only remove dust and most SO3 in flue gas, but also meet the needs of emission reduction and energy saving in coal-fired power plant, which means it is worthwhile to promote this kind of technology.
