Abstract: As the steady and rapid economic growth aggravates the power supply and demand situation, it is necessary to analyze the influence factors of power consumption and establish prediction mechanisms for the power demand by the basic change law, aiming to promote the development of electric power. This paper conducted grey relational analysis for the power consumption from 1991 to 2012 and the relevant data of influence factors, including GDP, industry structure, and population and so on. Based on the above results, it explored various influence factors at different periods, then adopted the GM (1, 1) model to carry out gray prediction for the power consumption from 2013 to 2020 as well as the corresponding influencing factors, and finally analyzed the prediction results.

Abstract: In the paper, influence of complex ground on electric field under overhead lines is studied. Two dimension surface charge method is used and complex ground is modeled with surface charges. Analytical expressions of electric potential and electric field strength produced by surface charge element are deduced. Effectiveness of the method is shown by an example with analytical result. Curve ground and sloping ground are used respectively in calculation of electric field under overhead lines. Results show influence of variation of ground height on distribution of electric field.

Abstract: As the living standards of people improve continually, commercial behavior is becoming more and more modernized, people also put forward new requirements for the speed and accuracy of goods measurement. This paper designs a weighing system of digital electronic scale which is similar to the MCU simulation, and gives the design diagram, hardware composition and software system. This system takes the 51 single chip microcomputer as the core, the main components are the dedicated 24 bits serial A/D conversion chip HX711, cantilever type resistance strain sensor, the four digital tube display. This design uses the dedicated 24 bits serial A/D conversion chip HX711, which has high resolution, simple peripheral interface, and occupies less I/O port, etc.

Abstract: Affected by high or low environment temperature, the measurement accuracy of watt-hour-meter field calibrator may decrease significantly. For the purpose of rejecting temperature interference, a hardware modification scheme for the calibrator prototype, adopting the electronic components with better temperature coefficient, is proposed. The testing results show that the improved prototype can meet the 0.05S measuring precision from-30°C to 55°C.

Abstract: A lower power consumption, smaller output ripple and better regulation boost power converter controlled by voltage feedback and pulse-width modulation (PWM) mode is implemented in this paper. The over-current protection and soft-start circuit can produce a slowly rising output voltage without extra clock or any external component to prevent inrush current and output voltage overshoot during the start-up period of the converter. The converter is designed and simulated using the TSMC 0.35μm 2P4M CMOS Process. Hspice simulation results show that, the boost converter having chip size with power efficiency about . This chip can operate with input supply voltage from to , and its output voltage can stable at and less than ripple voltage at maximum loading current . The simulation shows the circuit has about of soft-start time and can inhibit the inrush current when the power on.

Abstract: The model-building of DC/DC converter is the key to design the control of system. It is important to study DC/DC converter stability and dynamic performance. A small-signal model of buck/boost circuit was built by average state-space. By analyzing the transfer function of buck/boost circuit, a voltage closed-loop feedback system was designed. Building system of simulation circuit in the Matlab, the result of simulation shows the system has a good static and dynamic performance. It verifies the rationality of the mathematical model and control strategy. It verifies the rationality of the mathematical model and control strategy.

Abstract: In order to adjust the working points of the engine for a full hybrid bus, this paper proposed a set of optimization control method. In speed adjustment process, the rate of change was optimized and limited to avoid rapid and frequent change along with power required by the driver. Allow for complex engine model, fuzzy control method was introduced to regulate the torque response rate. Furthermore, dynamic amplitude upper and lower bound were limited to prevent system overshoot and oscillation. Nowadays, there are hundreds of busses operates in several public transport lines. Vast statistic data and experimental results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed control method in this paper. The vehicle has good fuel economy compared to the counterpart one, and the dynamic performance is also greatly improved.

Abstract: With the development of the electric vehicles, the planning and construction of the charging facilities rapidly grow. However, as a new thing, it is still in the early stage of development, accompanied with large uncertainty and high investment risk for enterprises. So it is a real problem to identify these risks and avoid them. The paper analyzes these risks using environmental scanning method for the first time and sums them up to 6 main risks: the policy and legal risks, the social risks, the economic risks, technology and industry risks, risks of resources and competence in enterprise; This paper also build a evaluation model based on fuzzy analytic network process. At last we put forward several coping strategies to some key risks. The work of this paper helps enterprises to identify risks of charging facilities and avoid them.
