Abstract: With the implementation of incentive policies for new energy vehicles of Chinese government, the development of new energy vehicles in China has made considerable progress, and in the field of electric vehicle charging facilities can also appeared in a number of demonstration projects. With the support of the National Grid, the establishment of a domestic Chongqing's first commercial fast-charging stations was done in 2012. Research on Electric vehicle fast charging caused to the distribution network with future large-scale deployment of electric vehicles will be of great value in guiding for the planning of distribution of the networks. In this work, we used a typical distribution network model to simulate the real conditions. The voltage loss caused by EVs’ fast charging on the transmission line was studied under different implementation scenarios.

Abstract: For the electro-hydraulic braking system in the electric vehicles, a coordinated control strategy of the motor braking and hydraulic one was proposed, which includs electric vehicle braking intention recognition model contains the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal. The simulation mode was built by using Cruise and Matlab/Simulink. The braking stabilities were simulated at different adhesion coefficient and braking intensity. The simulation results show that: Regenerative braking strategy for electric vehicles under braking energy can be recovered under different conditions, braking energy recovery rate in the early 100km / h speed low intensity braking conditions can reach 73.2%. And regenerative braking results validate the feasibility of the effectiveness of coordinated strategies to match the vehicle's power to improve the electric car electric-hydraulic brake energy recovery efficiency.

Abstract: According to the climate conditions of Hunan province and the design parameters related to air conditioning, the energy consumption and the related characteristics of the liquid desiccant evaporative cooling system (LDECS) are compared with primary return air conditioning system. The results show that energy consumption of LDECS can be decreased by 11.78% compared to the primary return air system. LDECS has a certain degree of energy saving potential in Hunan province, especially when waste heat is available.

Abstract: In order to build an accurate spray model for studying the characteristics of n-butanol and diesel blends. First, the calculation of gas-liquid two phase flow inside the nozzle was carried on, the birth and development of cavitation and the non-uniformity of the velocity field inside the nozzle were analysed. Then the spray model coupled flow inside the nozzle was established and verified. The spray simulation calculation of n-butanol and diesel blends was carried on by using the model, and compared the results with the results of flow inside the nozzle not coupled. The results show that the droplet speed, spray penetration and SMD of D100 and N40 is all bigger under the condition of without coupling flow inside the nozzle. The flow inside nozzle will affect the whole spray process and spray characteristics, which will ultimately affect the combustion and emission characteristics. So the spray model coupled flow inside the nozzle can provide accurate initial condition for spray calculation, which can reflects the fuel spray characteristics truly.

Abstract: The frost is easy produced by the surface of evaporator, when finned tube evaporator works, especially in the low temperature and high humidity conditions. COP, electrical power, cooling capacity and frost quantity have significant differences at the conditions of different temperature and humidity. When air conditioning system is used in different areas, system parameters change greatly, so it is important that the experimental research on the heat exchanger in low temperature conditions. The temperature field of the evaporator is calculated and simulated by software, and the simulation results are analyzed and explained.

Abstract: In order to decrease leakage faults and improve efficiency of fault detection for pipe network in hot-water district heating, this study proposed a model for hydraulic-condition of node leakage based on the network graph theory. This mathematical model can be utilized to simulate and predict node leakage condition through plane topology of heating network. For fixed pump head of the simulated sample network, some aspects of hydraulic-condition are discussed, including various leakage nodes and flow rate at supply and return run-out. Simulation results denote that both users’ pressure and flow decrease for the supply run-out leak while results are opposite if return run-out leaks. For users located before leakage node, the nearer to the leakage node, the greater they are influenced. However, users behind the leakage node change in the same way and more than the former.

Abstract: By doing inside the catalytic combustion furnace with Pd-based honeycomb monoliths of lean natural gas-air mixtures and measuring temperature field and the composition of flue gas, the exhaust gas of Low-carbon catalytic combustion furnace of natural gas can be analyzed and discussed. In addition, the catalytic combustion furnace in the pottery was also investigated, which can reduce the pollutant emission of the product process, and reduce global warming.

Abstract: In this paper, condensation mechanism of the Freon refrigerants outside spiral grooved tube is discussed. The heat transfer coefficient of Freon refrigerants condensation outside spiral grooved tube is obtained. A calculation example of heat transfer coefficient on the tube bundle of condenser with baffle bars is presented. It shows the excellent thermal performance of the spiral groove tubes compared to smooth tubes.

Abstract: The heat exchange station is important element which connect to the heat source and the users. Heat exchange station has the characteristics of great inertia, pure lag, time-dependent nature. So it is difficult for conventional PID controller to control the system. Expert system PID controller combines the advantages of expert system and the conventional PID. It can deal with all kinds of complicated situations. The results show that this scheme completely conform to the requirements of the system control.
