Abstract:

Resource is the foundation of the people to survive and develop. It promotes the development of national economy. Because of rich resources of the energy-based cities, the effects on the environment in the process of exploration are extremely obvious, and promoting the resource-based urban development in the direction of low carbon has become the strategic choice. Based on the concept of low carbon, starting from definition of the resource-based city, through the comprehensive analysis of the present situation of the resource-based city in our country, forming the new path of the construction of new type resource-based city with Chinese characteristics, this text will dig out the low carbon potential of the resource-based city to the uttermost.
