Abstract: In the process of grain drying, the pressure of grain formation has a certain rule when the grains flow in the silo. In the project, we research on the method of the saturated pressure would measure grain moisture in the silo. The dynamic and static pressure is set up the simulation equation in the rectangular silo. We explore dynamic and static pressure change regularity and analysis the trend of the dynamic and static pressure with height in the rectangular silo. The results show that with the increase of filling height, dynamic and static pressure has gradually becoming saturated trend. At the same time, we study on the correlation between the saturated pressure and moisture content. When the grain reaches a certain height, the pressure achieves the ultimate value.

Abstract: the flavonoid existing in buckwheat is one of the important physiological active substances. This paper studies the baking and cooking, high pressure treatment on the effect of flavonoids from buckwheat and buckwheat grains. Results showed that buckwheat hull has little effect on processing of total flavonoids, after baking, cooking and hyperbaric treatment, buckwheat flavonoids solution rate increased by more than 70%. Instead, made of buckwheat flour dough, is greatly influenced by processing, adding a certain concentration of salt can alleviate the degradation of rutin in buckwheat, but relief is unlikely.

Abstract: Polysaccharides are main bioactive compounds of Fomitopsis ulmaria (Sor. : For.) Bond. et Sing (F. ulmaria). In this study, microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) method was employed for the extraction of polysaccharides form F. ulmaria (PFU). The important extraction parameters that influenced the extraction yield of PFU were optimized by employing an orthogonal design, including solvent/material ratio, microwave power, and extraction time. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as followings: solvent/material ratio of 40:1 ml/g, microwave power of 400 W, and extraction time of 2.5 min. Under optimized conditions, the extraction yield of PFU was 8.36%. This work is expected to provide a scientific reference for the further research and industrial production of F. ulmaria.

Abstract: To determine the effects of dietary selenium (Se) supplementary on muscle superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, oriental river prawn, Neocaridina heteropoda were exposed to sodium polyphosphate. For each concentration , the shrimps were grouped into control diet group, inorganic Se group and organic Se group. For each concentration, the order of total SOD activities were organic Se diet group > inorganic Se diet group > control diet group. With the increasing concentrations of sodium polyphosphate, the total SOD activities increased first and then decreased dramatically. This study indicated that Se supplementary in diet could enhance the resistance of shrimps against low concentrations of ambient Sodium polyphosphate.

Abstract: Lipid oxidation during processing of Chinese traditional salting fish of White Chinese Croaker (Argyrosomus amoyensis) were studied by evaluating the changes in physicochemical parameters, peroxide value (POV),and thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS), and lipoxygenase (LOX) activities. ANOVA-partial least squares regression (APLSR) analysis showed that POV and TBARS were negtive related to moisture content, and TBARS was positive related to salt content, but they were all poorly related to LOX activity. Therefore, proper salinity can promote lipid oxidation, and autoxidation may be the main cause of lipid oxidation in salting fish.

Abstract: In order to make use of the under-forest economy, Lolium perenne were interplanted under the trees, and the effect of coarse fodder processing on the nutrient content of under-forest interplanting Lolium perenne was analyzed. The result showed that the contents of calcium and phosphorus of under-forest interplanting Lolium perenne were 0.79% and 0.119%, while those of forage blocks processed were 0.82% and 0.115%, and the one starch-added were 0.74% and 0.125%, respectively. The calcium contents were 0.51%, 0.67% and 0.76% when the ratio of Lolium multiflorum/ Illicium verum were 100:1, 200:1 and 300:1 in the processed forage blocks, and the phosphorus contents were 0.121%, 0.123% and 0.127%, respectively. The results suggested that the coarse fodder processing and additive have no obvious influence on the mineral nutrients of Lolium perenne during forage block processing, and the optimal ratio of Lolium perenne/ Illicium verum is 300:1 in the forage.

Abstract: Energy consumption problem and redundant data processing have become cause for concern in wireless sensor networks. In the article, a parameter estimation method based on temporal-spatial data fusion technology is proposed to reduce huge amounts of data transmission, reduce the node energy consumption, and increase network life cycle. Because of the layout of sensors, monitoring values will be different at different times in different places. Traditionally, though arithmetic average method has some anti-interference ability, there are many shortcomings in the accuracy of measurement. The proposed method can get drastically more accurate and reliable monitoring results in improving quality control of cold chain.

Abstract: The paper is concerned with changes of acidity and the amount of microorganism in China Northeast sauerkraut fermentationin. It studies the effect of lactic acid bacteria, culture temperature and the concentration of sodium chloride on sauerkraut acidity ,microbial number, vitamin C and nitrite content .Methods of natural traditional fermentation sauerkraut and artificial inoculating lactic acid bacteria fermentation sauerkraut are compared, the results show artificial inoculating fermentation sauerkraut can effectively prevent the growth of harmful bacteria and inhibit formation of carcinogens such as nitrite, avoid some shortcomings in Chinese cabbage natural fermentation process.

Abstract: The major yellow carotenoid, crocin, from the dried ripe fruit of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis was isolated and charactered by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and LC-MS. Direct scavenging of oxidant anion were evaluated by UV-Vis-NIR method. The percent inhibition of superoxide signal was related to the crocin concentration.

Abstract: Deinococcus radiodurans strain R1 synthesizes deinoxanthin, a unique carotenoid product, which contributes to cell resistance following various stresses. The biosynthetic pathway of deinoxanthin is unclear, although several enzymes are presumed to be involved. The lack of CrtD decreased the antioxidant capacity of the mutant deficient in dr2250 compared with the wild-type, indicating that the C-3',4'-desaturation step contributes to the antioxidant capacity of deinoxanthin in D. radiodurans.
