Abstract: In order to improve water resource utilization and protect ecological environment in Shendong mining area, make the coal and water resource developed healthy. The multi-objective nonlinear programming model of water resources in mining area was established based on LINGO platform, the optimized configuration of water resource was researched. According to the result of model calculation, based on the optimized configuration of water resource and coal mining in 2012, 2015 and 2020, there are different levels of water shortage. The total water deficit is-526.56、-1189.37 and-1642.30 104m3. According to the actual situation and calculation result, the proposal is put forward in improving the utilization ratio of mining water, water diversion from external and flood utilization. The optimized configuration of water resource in Shendong mining area based on multi-objective nonlinear programming is scientifically, rationally, and plays a guiding role in harmonious development between coal resource exploitation and utilization of water resource.

Abstract: Modern models of soils to describe elastic-viscoplastic properties do not always lead to the desired results , especially when it is necessary to take into account the time factor. In particular, one cannot always describe the rheological model and creep and relaxation , as well as get extreme at kinematic mode loading. This is due to the fact that the deformation in the soil medium is accompanied by complex physical and physico-chemical phenomena , changes in the orientation of each mineral particles in space and time , their mutual offset seal ( hardening ) and decompression ( softening ) . Quantitative assessment of buildings and facilities associated with the calculation of the stress - strain state ( SSS ) foundation soils subject to numerous factors , including the physical feature of the power and influence ( statics, kinematics, dynamics ) and mechanical properties of soils under such effects ( creep , ductility ) .In the present paper the results of scientific studies of the rheological properties of sandy soils. The purpose of these studies - determination of viscosity sandy soils kinematic and dynamic triaxial test mode. A technique for determining the viscosity of soils results in triaxial kinematic mode (with speed control vertical movements). The paper considers the problem of estimating the impact of the dynamic loads on the viscosity of sandy soils.

Abstract: The problem of water resources and its sustainable utilization in Chifeng city were analyzed in this article, and the measurements of further reasonable development, utilization and scientific management water resources were put forward. The conclusions of our work can be an important scientific basis for national economic development in Chifeng city.

Abstract: Transparent soil is a kind of material that can be used to observe the internal deformation under different conditions which has the similar characteristics with natural soil. This paper introduced the optical principles and the preparation of raw materials used to composite transparent soil. Stated the development of the transparent soil and summarized the main innovation achievements of the research trials around domestic and foreign. This paper also indicated that the existed tests mainly contrary to transparent sand while transparent clay is rarely involved and then proposed the study ideals and views about transparent clay.

Abstract: This issue deals with peculiarities of stress-strain state forming in a representative volume of inhomogeneous soil. Analytic solutions for describing such stress states and obtaining equivalent mechanical values for such massive are given. Basing on the performed triaxial laboratory tests the impact of diameter ratio, percentage, and contact between particles on mechanical properties of a mixture is estimated. As a conclusion some recommendations on using the research results in practical geotechnical engineering are given. The classification of inhomogeneous soils, based on granulometric data, allowing to estimate mechanical properties is presented, as a method of granulometric composition, humidity and density selection for artificial foundations.

Abstract: Divergence river which tributary and mainstream converge is one normal type of river. Study on divergence river flow characteristics has significant meaning both on academic and practical of river protection. Numerical stimulation is a effective method to study divergence river. Using intersection area’s orthogonal generalized model, analyze flow ratio of tributary and mainstream can show the influence of converge point’ position and strength. Numerical stimulation shows mainstream’s downstream of divergence river exist high-velocity flow on both side; right side’s velocity peek is larger than left side. Under the same condition, when the flow ratio bigger then right side’s velocity peek larger and the same time left side’s smaller. Velocity peek is largest when tributary flowing only and is smallest when mainstream flowing only. The result suggest that divergence river downstream should be protected and the best condition is mainstream flowing only.

Abstract: On the basis of description of soil water resources research, this paper discusses the evaluation content and methods of soil water resources. The research object is the liaoning province. The results show that the serious shortage of water resources in liaoning province, have high levels of development and utilization of water resources, as an important part of water resources, soil water accounted for 52% of agricultural water consumption.

Abstract: This paper constructs the agricultural water and soil matching model. Taking Liaoning Province as the research object, the situation of utilization of agricultural water resources and land resources were analyzed. The results showed that: Liaoning province is not only the shortage of water resources, and water and soil resources spatial combination difference is very big, The eastern region water resources capacity is much, but in the western region water resources quantity is little . Fushun, Benxi city, and matching with poor is Fuxin city. Water-soil matching coefficient in liaoning province for many years an average of 0.55, below the national average of 1.44. Soil and water matching performance is the time and space distribution is not balanced.

Abstract: The spring rainfall in the middle and lower Yangtze river show obvious inter-annual and inter-decadal oscillation in recent 60 years. In positive southern Indian Ocean Dipole (PSIOD), the sea level pressure north the Mascarene is on the high side,so the cross equator flow enhance and abnormal cyclone appears the bay of Bengal. The water vapor flux in the southwest China enhances, and rainfall increase. The circulation pattern in negative southern Indian Ocean Dipole (NSIOD), just opposite in PSIOD, causes less rainfall in southwest and more rainfall in the Yangtze and the north of the eastern region. So all these indicates that the winter SIOD has certain instruction meaning to the spring rainfall in the middle and lower of Yangtze river.

Abstract: Surface water and ground water always influence each other in nature, both of which constitute an organic unity. Because of the gradual understanding of the impact of this interaction, surface water and groundwater coupled models are mostly used for the simulation and analysis of the process and its impact. This article concludes the research progress and focuses the coupled system of surface and subsurface flow to describe. However, the interaction between surface water and groundwater is still hot and difficult in today's research, because the interaction law is very complex. The application of MODHMS which is a coupled model for evaluating surface and subsurface flow is used for simulating non-point source pollution. Advantages and disadvantages of the model are analyzed for the future hydrology application.
