Abstract: This study evaluated resources carrying capacity as a foundation to regionalize Hubei. Firstly, system dynamics was used to build the simulation model of resources carrying capacity to evaluate the population can be carried. We divided the man-earth system into four subsystem: land use, water resource, environmental and socio-economic system. It turns out that Hubei can carry a population of 76.43million in 2010, 105.92million in 2020. And water resource carrying capacity surpasses other carrying capacity in 11 municipalities among 17 districts of Hubei. Secondly, carrying capacity index and carrying capacity per hectare were put forward to revise the calculation, in order to eliminate the impact of land area and population and reveal local resources endowment. In addition, this research applied hierarchical clustering to class 17 municipalities of Hubei and brought out five comprehensive zones.

The welfare of more than one billion of people depends on forest goods and services in many respects. The forests are a habitat of the majority of land species, they contribute into stability of agriculture, health care and other sectors connected with flora and fauna.

Abstract: shantytown renovation is a significant livelihood project. So far, 9 years have passed since the launching of a national large-scaled shantytown renovation and certain experiences and lessons have been learnt. This paper has studied shantytown renovation project from theoretical perspective while combining with reality; meanwhile, this paper has narrowed down the scope of study by focusing on typical shantytown renovations in industrial and mining cities as representatives; finally, systematic and scientific research methods are applied to study landscape renovation and regeneration of shantytowns in the industrial and mining cities. Furthermore, experiences and laws are concluded by taking the shantytown renovation project of Tongling city (an ancient copper city in China) in Anhui province as an example so as to provide a new idea or direction for carrying out shantytown renovation activities in industrial and mining cities under the background of new-type urbanization.

It analysis and evaluates several aspects of the problem of the human resources management of mining enterprise of Yunnan province. It developed human resources management countermeasures: the mining enterprises should change the traditional concept of human resources, establish a harmonious enterprise culture. Enhance the cohesive affinity of the enterprise. The enterprise and school should carry out multi-level and multi-angle cooperation to ensure the construction of labor pool. Establishing an appropriate compensation and incentive systems, and improving the logistics level.

Abstract: A Markov chain can be fully determined by the statistical properties of its initial stateand the transfer probability matrix. According to this clue, the authors make a metrological testing model on the customer value and its formation characteristics, and then find that the customer value metrological testing model on Markov chain can well illustrate the characteristics of a corporate customers’ value.

Abstract: The High-tech industry is a capital, technology, and knowledge-intensive industry. In the face of ever increasing market competitions and risks, companies must rely on innovation to attain leading technology in order to survive, grow, and maintain leading market positions. Companies that want to achieve perpetual existence need to rely on their employees’ ability to innovate. This study utilizes the Importance-Performance Analysis method to analyze and evaluate solar power company employee satisfaction. The results can be used as an improvement basis for the case company.

Abstract: On the basis of analyzing the performance evaluation research of supply chain collaboration and following the level principle of modeling and the construction principles of it, the paper build the index system for manufacturing supply chain collaboration performance evaluation combined with the four necessary links involved of it, namely, logistics, the flow of funds, information flow and market stream. And the synthesized evaluation of it is discussed by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. And then, taking a typical electronic product manufacturing supply chain as an example for the empirical analysis, some beneficial conclusions and relevant guidance advices have been put forward. Hoping it can provide a theoretical basis and valuable references for carrying out the supply chain collaboration in our manufacturing enterprises.

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that imperfections and discontinuities of ship's life-cycle theory in teamwork, cross-industry and application tools, the ship trajectories and space motion of ship in the whole life cycle were analyzed, and the space-time network model was established to discuss the changes and relations of all various stages and the connotation of life cycle of ship, the life cycle of ship was divide into the design, construction, operation and dismantling phases with the introduction of decision-maker, and pondered on the significance of the theories and models on green ship.
