Abstract: Regional income disparity is a hot contention in developed countries.Income level of Chinese rural residents has been increasing since the mid of 1990’,although income disparity is increasing also.As to find the ruels behind it,we select 27 provinces units as sample and give urban residents income(Y1),rural residents income(Y2) as output variables,while average GDP(P),average education input(E) and average fixed assetes(K) as input variables.Under the presume,we select the output variables inclination and alterate scale revenue,by which to carry on analysis of input-output efficiency with DEA and give the order according to each province’s efficiency.At the same time,we could get two multi-regression model of Chinese urban and rural residents’ disposal income seperately,with which we will find the difference by comparating them.Finally,under the analysis with DEA and multi-regression methods,can we find the disparity between different provinces is the main factor to the total disparity,while each province’s disparity his its own speciality.Harmonious development between different regions could be the preferable orientation of China.

Abstract: With the advancement of market economy and industrialization & urbanization, the urban agglomeration of China has been gradually formed and rapidly developed. The establishment of Lanzhou-centered Circum-Lanzhou Urban Agglomeration covering the 4 surrounded cities will actively promote the overall development of Lanzhou to play the important role in supporting economic development of northwest region and Gansu Pronvince. This paper has made detailed analysis on strength & weakness of interior environment and opportunity & threat of external environment of Circum-Lanzhou Urban Agglomeration by means of the latest international application--SWOT Model at present; therefore, it is possible to recognize the strength, overcome the weakness, seize the opportunity and strive for development, based on which this paper has put forward the thought and suggestions for overall plan of Circum-Lanzhou Urban Agglomeration development.

Abstract: The urbanization is a complex social change process in the space system, which was influenced by many factors. Urban-rural digital gap has become the obvious obstacle of urbanization process. And the influence of the urban-rural digital divide to urbanization has also appeared. Based on the analysis of influence of the urban-rural digital divide in Guizhou province to the urbanization, this paper focused on the influence mechanism of Guizhou’s urban-rural digital divide to the urbanization, so as to learn how the urban-rural digital divide in Guizhou province acts on the urbanization process.

Abstract: Land subsidence is one of the major environmental geological problems in the construction of Daxing new town. In this paper, the characteristics, formation conditions and influence factors of land subsidence in Daxing new town were described. Using Modflow software, land subsidence calculation model was established, and the land subsidence trends were predicted, which provides basis for the construction, planning and land subsidence control of the new town.

Abstract: In this paper, we estimated the spatial effect of technical innovation and FDI on regional income inequality based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 1990 to 2010. By using Matebal and Arcgic software, we carry out a brief description and analysis about the innovation agglomeration and local knowledge spillovers in China and map marking these two effects.

Abstract: In the context of the new urbanization, ensuring ecological security of land use is one of the most basic prerequisite for ecological civilization construction. This paper is based on the theory of ecological footprint, and use ecological pressure index to evaluate the state of land-use ecological security of Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province. The results indicate land ecological pressure indexes increasing from 2.5912 in 2008 to 2.8029 in 2012 are gradually on the rise in Yiwu City. The deterioration of land-use ecological security is exacerbating. Finally, suggestions improving ecological security of land use are proposed from arable land protection, energy saving, and ecological and environmental comprehensive management.

Abstract: How to accomplish the multiple object programming in urban an regional planning has already becom a hot issue. The paper try to build a linear programming model to solve the problem. In the model economic development was seen as an object funciton, carbon emission and othere special planning indicators were seen as constraints. Though a real case of Chenggong district in Kunming city, it was proved that the model is feasible to solve the problem such as multiple object programming in urban an regional planning on the condition of several important assumptions. .

Abstract: Urban spatial structure is the city in a variety of material, energy and social culture accumulation in space distribution and combination of the state. It is also the core issue of urban spatial development. Author studies China's urban spatial structure research, and find that China's urban spatial structure research mainly concentrated three times: 1980’s, 1990’s and since 2000.Research emphasis of each period is different. Through the process of urban spatial structure research, author sum up that the research in China has the following features: emphasis on urban spatial structure, advancing with The Times, etc. Authors hope this article can have the implications about the future of China's urban spatial structure research.

Abstract: This paper aims to discuss what is the suitable scale of the specialized residential area for aged people. We used the method of combining the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, carded and compared the dates of the cognition and communication for the aged people, the walking range for the aged people, the walking range for pension service facilities, property management and relevant standards one by one, got the reasonable scale from two terms that is population scale and land scale. The optimum scale of the specialized residential area for aged people is population scale between 1000 to 2500 people and land area between 4.96 to 12.65 hectares. This data will play a guiding role for the construction and design of the specialized residential area for aged people in the future, and also will provide a reference for the planning and design of old settlements in urban planning.

Abstract: With the worsening ecological environment, urban landscape begins to focus on ecology theory in order to develop with balance. According to the current situation of the urban development, this paper, based on the theory of ecology, shows several ecological principles during urban landscape design process and then puts forward the evaluation system for urban landscape with intention for people to distinguish landscape quality. By analyzing urban landscape design based on ecology theory , it could be possible to realize the modern urban landscape meeting the needs of urban development and creating the harmony between human and nature.
