A Mixed Method of Storing OWL Objects in Relational Database

Article Preview

Abstract:

Based on the analysis of several methods of storing OWL object in relational database, this paper presents a new method, namely storing the instances of each kind of object and attribute in a database table, and using views in the database to express relationships among the objects. Experiments prove that this method is applicable for moderate amount of storage of OWL objects.
