Abstract: The work studies the implementation of air plasma of radiofrequency torch for the complex recycling of reprocessed SNF waste treated in the form of dispersed aqueous organic compositions (AOCs). The study shows the practicability of magnetic separation for the effective extraction of dispersed solids, including magnetic iron oxide, formed in water suspensions.

Abstract: The article focuses on flow stabilization system of the organic phase. Emphasis is placed on the control system design which provides an effective damping of a flow rate of the organic phase extraction plant. In this paper the development of the control system using modern simulation tools and the results of the tests are presented.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the adaptation of the controller parameters during its operation as a part of a control loop. The possibility to identify the parameters of the controlled plant model in the closed control loop has been proved by a computer simulation. The described active identification method is based on the response processing of the closed loop control system to standard actions. The developed algorithm has been applied to determine the model parameters of the flaming fluorination reactor used for the production of uranium hexafluoride. Designed identification method improves the quality of the product and the efficiency of the entire production.

Abstract: The article describes the structure, architecture, principles of construction and operating modes of the computer software that simulates operators' workplaces of centrifuge uranium enrichment production. We have implemented the networking of computer simulator modules and equipment database. A computer simulator of the isotope separation plant of Siberian Chemical Plant OJSC has been created on the basis of the architecture developed. The main purpose of the simulator is to train the operating personnel for production process control in standard and emergency situations.

Abstract: It has been calculated that the introduction of nickel-aluminum additives leads to an increase in the heat effect and allows for the development of materials with the desired phase composition. A comparative analysis of the results of design and instrumentation experiments has shown a satisfactory agreement which allows us to speak about the correctness of the developed numerical model as well as the possibility of selecting optimal initial values of the heat energy source as a factor which allows for controlling the reaction of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis and eventually the phase composition of the final product.

Abstract: The article discusses the main issues related to the training and retraining of security services as well as those related to the design, implementation and evaluation of physical protection systems (PPS). The emphasis is on modeling the protected object and creating a "program-information environment" for the construction and evaluation of the main PPS parameters. The paper also presents the main PIE blocks.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the problem of load agreement of solid-phase components into the fluorination and capture apparatus of two technological of uranium hexafluoride production lines. The article describes the process of developing a model of the horizontal part of the combined type apparatus which was included in the dynamic mathematical model of uranium hexafluoride production. The developed algorithm of load agreement was studied on dynamic mathematical model of uranium hexafluoride production.

Abstract: The paper provides a control system of the cascade of centrifugal extractors. This system is based on a conventional PID controller with elements of neuro-fuzzy logic for on-line tuning system. Neural networks used with fuzzy logic in an automatic control system allowed minimizing the negative impacts of human factor on the purification processes of uranium concentrates. The current system ensures the advanced control of a cascade and stabilization of the uranium concentration at the permissible industrial levels.

Abstract: The object of research is crystallization refining process of uranyl nitrate (UN) from nitric acid solution. The process of crystallization refining is a working operation which can provide effective extraction and purification of desired products (fission materials) during spent nuclear fuel (SNF) reprocessing. The purpose of the work is mathematical description of the linear continuous crystallizer operating modes using the example of uranyl nitrate hexahydrate crystals sorting. The mathematical model presented in the work allows describing changes of crystallization process parameters in the active volume of crystallizer and choosing the most effective operating modes in terms of extraction of SNF reprocessing desired products.
