Abstract:

With outsourcing and the software market competition intensifies, software alliance and outsourcing of the organization for the enterprise, scientific, reasonable assessment software alliance ability outsourcing decision to build a key factor is the prerequisite for business to obtain continuous competition advantages of decision-making. to provide the basis of the resources of studies on the basis of ability, the enterprise, from the background, the core, trust control mechanism and coalition partners four an alliance decision-making body of appraisal target.(ANP) constructs ability software outsourcing alliance decision model based on the indicator system using the analytic hierarchy process, and unifies the example utilization super decision-making (Super Dicisions, called SD) the software confirmation model.
