Abstract: The traditional algorithms create the local candidate sets firstly, and then determine whether the local frequent item sets is the global frequent item sets by the traffic between the nodes. The most different between the proposed algorithm and the traditional algorithms is that it firstly generates all the local frequent item sets at each node and then communicates to the top point. At the top point, there are four cases to deal with all the local frequent item sets. For the fastest case, the determination could be made by the completion of round-trip communications. At the same time, all the operations of this algorithm are completed not by traditional data storage but by a new data storage in which the item is considered as the keyword. The method can save storage space, especially for sparse data. So the support can be calculated by the intersection of the transaction sets, which is much easier than by accessing to the database. Abstract: Based on the basic model of economic dispatch and energy-efficient power generation scheduling rules, the multi-objective optimization model of energy-efficient scheduling is given. The model is transformed into unconstrained optimization problem by means of penalty factor and the dynamic penalty function, and then solved by PSO algorithm. The results obtained demonstrate the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed model.

Abstract: Sentence similarity computation is very important in the field of case-based machine translation. Through the in-depth analysis of sentence and the sentence similarity computing method based on the similarity computation of the word form feature, the word order feature and the semantic feature, we propose a sentence similarity computing model based on the multi-featured weight. By fusing the three features, giving different feature different weight to adapt the contribution of each feature to the sentence similarity computation, make sentence similarity computation more accurate. Experiment result shows that this approach has better accuracy in sentence similarity computation than the others.

Abstract: Access control is the process of mediating every request to data and services maintained by a system and determining whether the request should be granted or denied. Access control policies are security policies that govern access to resources. It can be applied to several new types of databases. LogicSQL is an object relational database management system implemented with the advanced (formula-lock based) concurrency control protocol, and the steged database architecture. In this paper, we discuss access control in multilevel database management systems applies and illustrate the main applies of access control in the LogicSQL database system.

Abstract: The ability to understand human emotions is desirable for the computer in many applications recently. Recording and recognizing physiological signals of emotion has become an increasingly important field of research in affective computing and human computer interaction. For the problem of feature redundancy of physiological signals-based emotion recognition and low efficiency of traditional feature reduction algorithms on great sample data, this paper proposed an improved adaptive genetic algorithm (IAGA) to solve the problem of emotion feature selection, and then presented a weighted kNN classifier (wkNN) to classify features by making full use of emotion sample information. We demonstrated a case study of emotion recognition application and verified the algorithm's validity by the analysis of experimental simulation data and the comparison of several recognition methods.

Abstract: Today, in china the train dispatching problem and the problem of scattering the sudden passenger flow in minimal time widely appear in railway transportation in spring festival season. We try to apply the computer network to the railway transportation net and solve the problem of scattering the passenger flow in spring festival by using the solutions in computer network. It puts forth a solution to the granularity queue management and the queue dispatching that combines the QoSFR model with the temporary passengers' transportation program during the spring festival season. We should analyze the problems from the perspective of network technology and build up the model of solving spring festival transportation problem by using the solutions to network blocking problem in order to mitigate the serious spring festival transportation problem at present.

Abstract: This paper Introduces a simple and reliable method to connect an ordinary twisted pair RS-232 up to 2048 devices and transmit the communication data more than 10 kilometers by using ZLGCAN interface card, CAN232MB converters and other equipment. The virtual serial port server makes use of CAN-bus network for data communications, guaranteeing the reliability of communic-ation, improving the RS-232 transmission distance, and simplifying the wiring process. Meanwhile user’s operation of the virtual serial port and a standard PC are compatible with the basic serial port operation. However, if there is a large number of continuous transmission of data to the case, the ac-tual serial data transfer rates is determined by the number of virtual serial port.
