Research on Automatic Tracking Technology and Improvement Model of Plate in Leveling Region

Abstract:

Steel plate automatic tracking is the key to achieve the whole process of automatic control and the whole heat treatment line level-3 process control for leveller, such as the process layout of leveling region, automatic tracking and control system, control system network structure for leveller etc. This paper paid special attention to the detailed technological analysis of the plate of leveling region to achieve automatic tracking process, and introduced the new control mathematical model that contained the roller’s orientation. By test validation and more practical application of the full-hydraulic leveling, lots of data has shown that the method is accurate and reliable.
