Research of Lasers Coating Applied with the Hammer Mill's Hammer

Article Preview

Abstract:

Based on the ANSYS Software the hammer mill’s hammer applied lasers coating is feasible analysis. At first the paper describes the overall body hammer mill and hammer of traditional materials. Then the hammer is applied with lasers coating. Then simulate it and Fatigue calculation by ANSYS Software. By analysis of the coating hammer is found that the hammer’s life can develop well. So it has a nice economic Potential.
