Numerical Simulation for Magnetic Fluid Inclination Sensor

Article Preview

Abstract:

Based on the finite element software ANSYS, the magnetic-circuit field of sensor is analyzed. The results of numerical simulation show that output voltage of sensor and inclination angles are linear dependence. The factors affecting the sensor sensitivity are inspected, which include the exciting signal frequency, the peak voltage and the susceptibility of magnetic fluid.
