Abstract:

The composition of bone porcelain body belongs to the system K2O-CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-P2O5. According to the principles of experimental design of regression analysis method, the corresponding sintering temperature of a series of different composition can be measured. Based on XRD analysis and sintering theory and multivariate nonlinear regression analysis relationship of sintering temperature and the components is established by introducing P2O5/CaO, SiO2/Al2O3 and RO/R2O as independent variables. The regression equation that studies the relation can be obtained by using Matlab 2008a’s regression statistics toolbox and Spss software, which can not only assure the quantitative relation between sintering temperature and the components of bone porcelain, but also forecast the sintering temperature of bone porcelain.
