Article Preview

Abstract:

Nowadays, a large number of enterprises are implementing ERP system, unfortunately, most of them have failed because of many uncertain factors. This paper introduces the theory of constraints to solve the problems when implementing ERP system. This theory takes the enterprise as a complete system and emphasizes in global optimization to deal with the problems.
