Abstract:

It has been found that psychological health education and physical exercise are equally important sports teaching. Due to the college students are in the stage of growth and learning knowledge, the sport education teachers should actively learning psychology teaching theory and application to the sports teaching can truly training team who have a strong physique, a healthy psychological quality and perfect personality.
