Study on Operation Management of Producing Service Company for Manufacturing Enterprise

Abstract:

Based on the value chain of manufacturing enterprise, this paper puts forward the producing service framework for manufacturing enterprise. Then for manufacturing enterprise’s producing service, three kinds of typical operation modes, which are self-management service, service outsourcing and collaboration service, are analyzed. Base on the above analysis, a producing service industrialization model is introduced, which includes demand of producing service, modular service, service evaluation and integration. Then the paper studies the corresponding operation management of producing service from the four aspects.
