Study on the Controlling System of Particle Materials Separating Device

The present thesis proposes the controlling program to separate the particle materials by making use of low-frequency ultrasonic wave, and elaborates the design of system circuit controlling the ultrasonic vibrating sieve. The ATMEGA16 SCM carries a series of functions into effect, such as, regulating the operating frequency of vibrating sieve, adjusting the power, protecting the circuit security and displaying the system parameter and so on, which raises the frequency stability and anti-jamming capability of the system so that it can be applied in places like coal mines, smelting works and construction sites and so forth.
