Analysis and Study on the Components of Starch and Wood Fiber Biodegradable Foam

Article Preview

Abstract:

Experiment design is to find the main influence factors through analysis of initial experiment data, which is an important foundation to further experiment .This paper studies a kind of biodegradable foam packaging material. It is composed of starch and plant fiber and PVA as raw materials by molding. Using of uniform experimental design method obtains the experimental program. And applying SAS software, selecting stepwise linear regression method analyzes on the experiment results. Analysis results indicate that the contents of starch, fiber and PVA have significant influence to material tensile strength and establish the regression model. This research lays the foundation and provides the theories basis for further studies.
