Article Preview

This article is based on marching hydraulic pressure excavator, determine the manipulator and the mechanical arm’s plan through these movement in the actual situation request. Then the artical establish the robot mechanical arm and manipulator's simplified model on the two-dimensional blueprint, and according to design proposal preliminary establish rough plan, after finishing sketch design, we establish and assembly components model by PRO/E in the actual situation request, then we will have it stress analysised through ANSYS after making sure that there is no movement interference to guarantee the sizes of each part satisfy the request.
