Monitoring System of Food Safety Based on Internet of Things

Abstract:

Because food safety is an important problem to our life, this paper proposes a technology of food traceability based on Internet of Things. Once one of the whole chains of food logistics has problems, manufacturers can call back the food with problems as quickly as possible in order to reduce injuries through underlying perception, network perception, middle information and high-level decision. Besides, this technology also cut down the express and time of finding food which has problems.
