Effect of the Content of Air Bubble in Oil on Pressure of Oil in Working Cavity of High Pressure Vane Pump

Article Preview

Abstract:

The content of air bubble in oil will effect on the value of volume elasticity modulus, and effect on the pressure of oil in working cavity. The article use the formula between the content of air bubble and the value of volume elasticity modulus in heat insulation process, and model is built which shows the relation between the content of air bubble and pressure of oil in sealed working cavity when vane moving from big arc area to outlet area. At last the curve of oil’s pressure in sealed working cavity was obtained by computer simulation when the content of air bubble in oil is given different values.
