The aim of this research is to present a relatively ideal pollutant control scheme, through the comparative analysis of pollutant distributions with multiple exergy intensity in a household kitchen under four different control schemes. In this paper, in order to simulate kitchen pollutant diffusion and distribution, the neural network model is established and simulation software is developed on the platform of VC++ based on measured data.
