Design-Oriented Construction Management Model for Large Gymnasium and Stadium Projects

Article Preview

Abstract:

To solve the issue of design being decoupled from construction that is common for large gymnasium and stadium projects, this paper proposes a design-oriented construction management model (DOC) for EPC packages, on the theory of dynamic alliance. It allows these projects to be constructed as designed by means of dynamic alliance so as to ensure that design is consistent with construction.
