The Research on the Alignment Continuity of the Prairie Highway Based on Possible Speed

Article Preview

Abstract:

Continuous Highway design can ensure driver to travel at speeds which they expect along the highway alignment Evaluation of alignment continuity based on possible speed can ensure quality of alignment design and traffic accidents down. This paper counts alignment characteristics of prairie highway by field investigation and verification of relevant information. The actual driving test experimental results on typical prairie highway sections show that: prairie highway alignment continuity is good.
