The Design and Implementation of Urban Emergency Counter-Plan and Management System (UECMS)

Abstract:

A series of large public event highlight the problems in emergency management in China. As a result, it is significant to build an emergency counter-plan and management system. This thesis proposes overall architecture for the system and introduces the implementation of its main modules.
