Study on the Energy-Saving Composite Board Consisting of Wasted EPS Foam Plastics

Article Preview

Abstract:

The wasted EPS foam plastics is the main ingredients of Energy-saving composite board, together with cement, fly ash, foam agent and various modifiers , and a special treatment technology, ultimately a new energy-saving insulation board is made. The upper and lower layer of composite board consists of modified fiber polymer cement high strength ceramsite concrete. The upper and lower layer of composite board consists of modified fiber polymer cement high strength ceramsite concrete, the middle layer is composed of lightweight modified wasted foam polystyrene concrete with steel meshes skeleton structure. to make into one whole by compound pouring. It has a lightweight, high strength, thermal insulation, high frost resistance, load-bearing and thermal insulation, great fireproof performance characteristics.
