Optimization of Steel A20402′Parameters under Pulse Electric Field

Through the Orthogonal ,the structure of A20402 steel quenching was studied under the action of pulse-electric field in this paper. The results has found the parameters to reduce the heating temperature of quenching and shorten the holding time,and its hardness is 2~3HRC higher than that of quenching under common condition.The Ma-organization and distribution could be improved obviously.The process could improve work efficiency and reduce costs.
