Test and Analyze on Thermal Balance of Evaporation Process in Alumina Refinery

Article Preview

Abstract:

Aluminum evaporation system for a thermal balance test is made in the evaporation system under normal production conditions of the thermal parameters, to understand the energy flow and logistics structure, thermal efficiency and other technical and economic indicators. By analyzing the operating parameters on the influence of steam consumption, the authors find out the current production problems, reduce thermal loss and improve thermal efficiency.
