Computer Simulation and Test for the Profilograph

Article Preview

Abstract:

Based on the theories of aerostatic slideways and B-spline curve, structure of aerostatic slideways and process way to measure data were designed, and taking the gothic arch of 116716 bearing outer ring as an illustration, the computer simulation for the profilograph has been completed using the software MATLAB and VB. The results offered automatical data and image analysis through contrasting with the output of Talysurf and parameters of design. The results offered by the comparison showed that the profilograph designed meets the requirements of accuracy.
