Abstract:

This paper refers to the finger cutter forming method to process large-size spiral bevel gears by using processing principles, tools, processing technology and path equations. In the actual production process, the method is made a rapid development for the revolutionary innovative process of large spiral bevel gear. The method of research is different from the disc cutter, so the processing of large spiral bevel gears have a new processing method to achievement.
