Design of Paving Equipment for Coiled Waterproof Material on Bridge

In terms of the problem about paving coiled waterproof material on the highway bridge surface, an effective coiled waterproof material paving equipment is designed, and the total structure of the equipment and the function of important parts are described. The paper mainly introduces the characteristic and function of the stable walking system, automatic speed regulation system for uncoiling coiled waterproof material, agitating and leaking system of binding agent, coiled waterproof material paving self-adapted mechanism of the road surface. The equipment can adapt the condition of road surface, realizing wide area paving of waterproof material. It ensures the quality of the paving, and at the same time, enhances the paving efficiency, increases automatic level, and eases labor of technicians.
