The Erection Technology of Pile Foundation Construction Platform for the Sanmenkou Cross-Harbor Bridge

Abstract:

The south gate bridge of the Sanmenkou cross-harbor bridge at Xiangshan County lied in the East China Sea coastal waters. The foudation for the bridge pier in the water used bored piles, the greatest depth up to 42m. This article described the Program selection, design and construction methods about the construction trestle and platform when the piles foundation were built in the water.
