Abstract:

Urban culture is the foundation of the development of city,and discussions on its inheritance have been held for a long time. It is necessary to protect the space-time characteristics of historical heritages and absorb the contemporary elements. Only in this way, can we ensure the cultural life of historic blocks, and offer it new meanings.
