Research on Census Methods of the Basic Information and Energy Consumption of Constructed Buildings in Xi’an

Abstract:

This article is generally based on the research on the methods of the census of the basic information and energy consumption of constructed buildings in Xi’an. And though the census we can build up a comprehensive database for launching the energy-saving work of constructed buildings in the city, and also to provide a further scientific and reasonable research on energy saving policies making, and further more to provide scientific basis for achieving the target of sustainable development.
