Abstract:

According to the BMS, the premium changes when being renewed. It is fairness in all different risks, and increases drivers’safety consciousness. Based on the identification of bonus-mauls factor, this paper using multi-layered analysis to screen and float factor, making sure guarantors would be charged reasonable when they renewing.
