The Construction of Open University in Technique Horizons

Abstract:

The approach on the Construction of Open University in China start from the mid-nineties of the last century，but so far there is only Shanghai Open University was established. What are the difficulties and reasons of construction for the Open University This article try to answer these questions above-mentioned from the technical viewpoint, and from the reality, to make a farther think on strategy of the Construction of Open University, in the hope to improve the Construction of the Open University.
