Studies on Capacitive Switch Model Based on W-EFG

Article Preview

Abstract:

Based on a wavelet multi-scaling function for the shape functions of meshless method - Galerkin method (W-EFG), study the key parameters Pull-in of a multi-scale structure of the capacitive switch. Based on the wavelet multi-scale approximation which is applied in error estimation and adaptive algorithm for the solution process, the singularity of the solution space can be detected easily in the model. The higher order approximation subspace of wavelet ,the more accurate approximation of the true solution.
