Abstract: According to the national standard GB7258-2004 “The Safety Technology Qualification of the Automobile Run”, the Computer control system of automobile safe checking process we designed can gathers the data of stage meter exactly. It can process and store the data by computer then display and print the result of the examination. This subject mainly emphasizes on the design of the system hardware, mainly include develop a set of stable and dependable analog signal processing circuit and simulation.

Abstract: This study addresses the independent component analysis (ICA) in the presence of additive noise via an approach of adaptive filtering. Recursive least squares (RLS) adaptive noise cancellation via QR decomposition (QRRLS) is introduced to reduce the bias in the mixing matrix caused by noise. To test performance of this approach, two kinds of experiments for speech signals are conducted by combining Fast-ICA algorithm with it, on the conditions of identical noise and correlational noises respectively. Moreover, in order to measure the performance availably, the least-squares method is adopted to calculate the signal to noise ratio (SNR) of recovery signals. By comparison, it shows that this approach outperforms the adaptive noise cancellation via least-mean-squares (LMS) algorithm.

Abstract: A novel algorithm is introduced in this paper which gives the spectrum characteristics of an image by analyzing the periodicity of interpolating signal and then estimate scaling ratio of the image. In this paper we also compare the spectrum characteristics of each block after partitioning an image into small overlapping blocks for judging whether the image was spliced. Moreover, tampered regions can be identified. Experiment results show that this algorithm can detect whether a photograph captured by the digital camera is undergone the digital zoom. At the same time it gives the estimation of scaling ratio. As well as, it is efficient to detecting the re-sampled image.

Abstract: As the continuation of former work, a new SVM is discussed. It is similar to the Fisher Discriminant Analysis (FDA) that the normal vector of SVM separating hyperplane is a one-dimension vector in the high-dimension hidden space, which can be used as a projection orientation to classify data. So, after the SVM training, the projection of samples can be calculated by kernel function. Finally, the threshold of the classifier is ascertained according to the distribution of projection. With the sample distribution considered, SVM performance is improved. Simulation manifests the validity of the method in this paper.

Abstract: This study if from the Building of "network hard drive" service system of Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology. First of all, combined with the user's characteristics and application needs of college campus network, depth study is conducted on the campus network storage program, and designs a fully functional network hard drive system, and on this basis, Identifying the key factors of impacting performance through research and analysis to system, studeying the optimization strategies and methods to services; proposing the design program of performance optimization system through experimental and testing of all optimization strategies to system, and ultimately achieve.

Abstract: The land suitability supply the decision-making for the planning and design and rational distribution, and prevent the unreasonable use of land. In order to evaluate the land suitability of cotton, the research which makes use of ArcGIS establishes the common model including the partition of evaluation unit, the selection of evaluation factors, the determination of the weight, and form a fast, simple and practical evaluation process. The results illustrate that 61 percent of the study area are suitable for the cotton’s growth; the content of salt is the main limit factor of the cotton’s growth.

Abstract: Optimality conditions for multi objective programming problems have been studied extensively in the literature. A necessary condition for Pareto optimality is derived by reducing the multi objective programming under inclusion constraints to systems of single objective problem and then using known results of them. The result is reasonable and efficient. Our aim in this paper is to get the optimality condition of problem (MOP) by a lemma which helps reducing multi objective optimality problem to systems of single objective ones.

Abstract: Ampere force and Lorentz force are two different definitions in the field of electromagnetism. Some teaching materials have been confused by the relations and differences of the tow definitions. Generally speaking, Ampere force is not the resultant of Lorentz force which all the free electrons have in the carrier wire, either in numerical value or orientation. Acting in numerical value, Ampere force equals the algebra sum of the Lorentz components forces which all the free electrons endured in the (L×B) directions.
