Abstract: Planet gear mechanism is designed according to the planet gear action during the course of screw cap after working principle of the cap screwing machine is briefly introduced. The course of screw cap can be simulated by the dynamics simulation software ADAMS. The relation between rotational speed and the gearing-in force can be obtained. This provides the theoretical foundation for the improvement of seal quality in cap screwing machine.

Abstract: Position stability analysis of gripper bars on die-cutting machine is one of the important factor which affects machining quality and production capacity. By introducing comprehensive influence parameter period ratio such as machine speed and mechanism natural frequency,mathematical model of gripper bars in stopping period has been established. The results indicate that dynamic motion error of gripper bars in stopping period show an increasing tendency so as to affect stable position with the increasing of period ratio. To ensure a stable position state in stopping period, finally two solutions are given out to satisfy high accuracy.

Abstract: In this paper, an angular contact ball bearing analysis model has been established based on Hertz contact theory. Solving nonlinear equations by improved genetic algorithm (IGA) and verified the effectiveness of the method through numerical experiment. The results proved that the adoption of IGA to solve the analysis model of angular contact ball bearing, can effectively resolve the problem of the Newton-Raphson method such as no convergence and need initial value, the calculation results is satisfied.

Abstract: The synthetic flow-field model of main and auxiliary nozzle flow-field in air-jet loom is introduced. The software of computational fluid dynamics FLUENT is used for the first time to simulate synthetic flow-field, and velocity vector is analyzed. To different spray angles of auxiliary nozzle, the velocity and total pressure of central air are compared in brief. The boundary conditions are changed by User Defined Functions (UDF) and the comparison analysis is done before and after using UDF.

Abstract: In the design of low-power mode switching power supply, reducing power loss so as to improve the efficiency of power supply is one of the most important goals, and the flyback transformer design is particularly critical. In this paper, the author optimized the design of the flyback transformer and made a theoretical calculation, and obtained a set of optimized design parameters. Then the author confirmed the effectiveness of optimization through SABER simulation. The results show that power loss has been markedly reduced after optimization.

Abstract: To improve the efficiency of PET bottle automatic capping machine and obtain a better usability for meeting the requirement of industrialization, a kind of cap sorter mechanism of Cap Screwing machine has been designed. The structure, working principle and working process of the mechanism was analyzed. The virtual model machine of cap sorter mechanism was established with the help of ADAMS software. The dynamic simulation and analysis of cap movement in cap sorter mechanism has been done, and optimization analysis of the factors which affected performance of the mechanism was also done. The optimization result was obtained through analysis of cap surface wear by using ANSYS software, which can provide theoretic foundation for the improvement and optimization of cap screwing machine.

Abstract: This paper has a deeply research on spray equipment based on actual project by applying method of intelligent control modules. This paper realized intellectualized management of spray color, using the research achievement to actual project, which validated the feasibility of the research.

Abstract: The paper established a three-dimensional flexibility dynamical model of gear structure based on the theory of finite element method. It presented the natural frequency of the gear elastomer and the analytical expression of natural functions and the simulative results. The results showed good agreement. This provided a study method for the vibration analysis of the gear structure body, and established the basis for studying the characteristics of acoustic radiation and the dynamic design of gears.

Abstract: The thesis systematically researches the theory and methodology of multi-target industrial design evaluation with computer-aided technology. A prototype of multi-target industrial design evaluation system based on the expert system technology has been structured. The system includes three sub modules:evaluation target tree, evaluation target tree model and evaluation toolkit. The construction, content and realization of the four models are discussed in details. Last, this system has been validated according to an instance.
