Abstract: In light extinction particle sizing, a classification inversion algorithm is proposed for the non-spherical particles. The measured spheroidal particle system is inversed with different particle distribution functions and classified according to the inversion errors in the dependent model. Simulation experiments illustrate that it is feasible to use the inversion errors to inverse the spheroidal particle size distribution in the light extinction particle sizing technique and the inversion results are steady and reliable, which avoid the defects that the type of the size distribution must be assumed beforehand for the light extinction method.

Abstract: With the development of computer network technology, Networked manufacturing will be used widely in modern CNC engraving system. In this study, on the basis of analyzing the problems and network modes of traditional CNC engraving system, the control system of network-based CNC engraving machine was presented. For meeting the needs of real-time control and remote monitoring, PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus and Ethernet are introduced into the system. And hardware structure is given. Moreover, as to the realization of system software, the idea and method of modular programmed have been adopted to ensure the security and reliablity of the control system running.

Abstract: A novel measurement system for the dynamic and static light sources is designed in this paper. The method of dynamic gain adjustment measurement is proposed according to the national standards on luminous intensity of dynamic and static light sources. The method is achieved by the way that microcontroller controlled the analog switches to switch automatically in different ranges and adjust the gain automatically depend on the light intensity. By designing the overall structure of the system and using the dynamic gain adjustment method, the range of dynamic measuring illumination can be from 0.001 up to 2000 . The illumination measurement to static light source and the dynamic light source in the peak luminous intensity are achieved via the combination of interval control and dynamic gain adjustment.

Abstract: For reducing the rate of false alarm what was the main problem in security monitoring of middle-low cars, multiple redundant methods was proposed to obtain reliable detecting information from the car. The multiple redundant is a method on analytical and determine the signals, it analyzed and determined the received signals that a variety of sensors detecting the same target. Then the information was sent to the owner via MMS. The remote alarm was achieved and the reliability of system was enhanced by rational designing the system, calculating the crystal frequency of wireless communication module and choosing of baud rate. Therefore, the remote monitoring of vehicle by the owner was achieved, and the problems exiting in the traditional alarm system, such as distance limitation and false alarm rate, were solved effectively.

Abstract: To solve the chattering problem caused by the general sliding mode control in the active magnetic bearing control, a boundary layer approach is used in the controller design in this paper. The dynamic model of the active magnetic bearing is built firstly, and then a saturation function is employed to substitute for the sign function in the controller based on the Lyapunov theory to approximately realize infinite gain with finite gain. Finally, the performance of the controller is simulated, and compared with the general sliding mode control. The results show that the disadvantage of chattering can be effectively reduced by using the boundary layer approach, the rotor-s quick adjusting and steady levitation are achieved, and the controller has high tracking precision and good robustness.

Abstract: This paper introduces the concept of virtual gear measuring center. With different type of probe, the mode of collision between the probe and the workpiece divides into touch-type collision and continuous scanning collision. Combining with collision algorithm at home and abroad, the collision algorithm is improved. And the application of two collision detections in the virtual gear measuring center is analyzed.

Abstract: This paper introduces a method for solving theoretical curve of rectangle spline hob by using the analytic method. The tooth profile and tooth profile envelope diagram have been simulated by using Matlab software, and the effects of numbers of hob cutting edges on the workpiece edges degrees errors has been analysed. Simulation results show that this method can select a reasonable number of groove according to the requirements of target accuracy, which can improve the design accuracy and design efficiency of the hob.

Abstract: The architecture of VGMC was introduced, a virtual workpiece modeling methods and procedures was proposed, also the workpiece drawing in professional graphics software was transformed successfully into VGMC. It proves that the virtual wokpiece can be used in the virtual measurement, and the measurement software will be detected by virtual measurement using virtual wokpiece.

Abstract: According to the process theory of changing plate in offset printing, this paper proposes a automatic changing offset plate method which uses the microcontroller as the cybernetics core. Based on analyzing the process of changing-plate and control way, a hardware system which incorporate microcontroller is made and debugged. The result of debugging shows that the system can absolutely meet the work of changing-plate and it is stable, low cost and has good productive technology. It is capable of reducing a load to an operator and improving operation efficiency.

Abstract: Abstract. For the complexity of the fermentation process, the paper adopts SPCE061A MCU to control the temperature of fermentation tank, and gives the hardware and software design methods for the system. Smith predictor is used in the design as compensation to the traditional PID control, which can overcome the effect of large lag and inertia on the stability of temperature control system and offer better robustness. So the quality of the system is greatly improved.
